About the Founder

Hi, I’m Sienna. I’m a business professional, based in the US. I first started studying business operations and administration when I went to college in 2015. I chose to study business because I wanted to support my artist friends to make more money off of their art. I’ve always been naturally gifted with organization, mathematics, writing, and other left brain activities, so I figured learning the business side of the creative world would help to bridge that gap.

After school, I sought out work with organizations, small businesses owners, and entrepreneurs so that I could get a glimpse of their daily operations and begin to understand how businesses really functioned. That work led me into the SaaS (software as a service) world of the tech industry. There I’ve worked closely with executives on teams building corporations from scratch.

Since 2021 I’ve been helping organizations, small businesses, and artists to create operational systems, maintain compliance, produce events, develop digital assets, and to manage their teams, projects, and creative initiatives. I want to work with goal oriented leaders who have dreams of a sustainable and equitable future, and need a hand turning those dreams to reality.
